Welcome to the Western Steuben-Allegany Association of REALTORS^®, Multiple Listing Service web site! This service was activated on June 9, 2000. It is the intention of our Association and its members to provide information on Real Estate offerings and related Realtor services for those who have an interest in our beautiful Southern Tier region of New York State.

The Southern Tier region of New York borders the State of Pennsylvania. We are located 60 miles south of Rochester, and 90 miles southeast of Buffalo. The region is highlighted by rolling farmlands, the Finger Lakes wine industry, clean air, fresh water, institutions of higher learning, and above all, friendly people. For those of us who work and live here, there is no better place. Interstate 86 (Southern Tier Expressway) passes through the region and serves as a major transportation link for the many businesses and tourist attractions of the Southern Tier.

WSTAR members include many active real estate and affiliated professionals who live and work in Steuben, Allegany, Livingston, and Cattaraugus Counties. WSTAR members follow the National Association of REALTORS^® Code of Ethics, which governs all aspects of the real estate industry. Our association is also affiliated with the New York State Association of REALTORS^®.

WSTAR Real Estate Professionals provide complete services related to listing and selling property including; appraisals, property management, rentals and financing assistance.
